The variety was discovered in the Tucumán province, Argentina. For propagation of the variety, grafting onto rootstocks such as Troyer citrange, Citrumelo Swingle, and Citrange C-35 is performed.
The fruits have an average weight of about 116 g, a length of 80 mm, and a diameter of 60 mm. The peel thickness is about 3.5 mm, and there is a characteristic nipple at the apex of the fruit. The variety is successfully grafted onto standard citrus rootstocks.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
