Trees of the variety are medium to large in size, spreading, with a rounded crown and branches prone to breaking. The oblate-shaped fruits have an orange-red rind of medium thickness or thin. The flesh is bright orange, very juicy, with a sweet and slightly tart taste.
The number of seeds depends on pollination conditions, as the variety is prone to parthenocarpy. The maturity group is late-mid. The fruits have good keeping quality; however, if left on the tree after reaching maturity, they may lose their marketability. The variety possesses a certain degree of cold tolerance.
The variety is of commercial importance for fresh consumption and is used in breeding programs due to its monoembryony.
