Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a small tree or shrub, reaching 2–2.5 meters in height when grown in containers. The crown is compact, spherical, with sparse thorns on the branches. The leaves are bright green, narrow, lanceolate in shape with an oblong tip.

The fruits are round-oval in shape and weigh about 20–30 g. When ripe, the peel takes on a bright light-yellow hue. It is thin or medium in thickness, smooth, and sweetish in taste. The flesh is juicy, acidic, and contains up to 8–9 seeds.

The variety is remontant: flowering occurs from spring to autumn, and fruit ripening occurs from December to March. The plant begins to bear fruit 1–2 years after planting. It possesses higher frost resistance compared to lime, but is less cold-resistant than kumquat.
