Variety description

The variety is a complex hybrid derived from the cross (Temple tangor × 4n Dancy mandarin) × Encore mandarin. The tree is vigorous, has a spreading, dense crown, and young plants may possess thorns. The variety is productive but prone to alternate bearing in the absence of thinning.

The fruits are large, weighing about 175 g, oblate in shape with dark orange thin skin. The flesh is bright orange, juicy, with moderate acidity. The variety is suitable for USDA zones 9b–10a, possesses resistance to sunburn, and is intended for fresh consumption.
