Variety description

The flowers are large, 12–17 cm in diameter, and have a soft blue color with a lavender hue. The variety was named for the specific shape of the flower center, which resembles a scoop of ice cream. The plant reaches 1.5–2 meters in height and attaches to supports using leaf petioles.

Flowering is abundant and occurs in two waves: the first in May and June, the second in July–August or October. The variety belongs to pruning group 2 and is characterized by hardiness zone 4 down to -29°C. The plant is suitable for landscaping pergolas, trellises, and for cultivation in containers.
