Variety description

The plant has a shrub-like upright form with stems 1 to 1.8 meters high. The stems do not actively cling to supports, so they can be grown as groundcover plants or used for vertical gardening when tied up. The variety belongs to pruning group III, which involves annual removal of stems to ground level in autumn.

Flowers with a diameter of 6–10 cm have a dark blue shade with a violet tinge and an elongated, slightly twisted petal shape. In the center are contrasting cream-yellow or white stamens. Flowering continues continuously from June to September. The variety has a light fragrance and is suitable for use in cut arrangements, maintaining freshness in a vase for up to 10–21 days.

The winter hardiness of the plant corresponds to zone 5 (down to –23...–28 °C). The variety is resistant to diseases and pests and can be grown in open field or in containers on balconies and terraces.
