The variety is a hybrid of Clematis integrifolia 'Rosea' and Clematis viticella 'Rubra'. The mature plant reaches a height of about 2 meters. The stems are upright, but in the absence of support, the plant is capable of spreading along the ground, forming a carpet.

The flowers, 6–8 cm in diameter, have a bell shape and slightly twisted sepals. The petal color is light pink with a more intense shade in the center and yellow stamens. The buds are dark pink.

The plant belongs to pruning group 3. The variety is characterized by winter hardiness from zone 4 and high adaptability. It is used for planting in flower beds, in groups with perennials, or as a ground cover.
