Variety description

The perennial vine reaches a height of 1.8–2.5 meters. The flowers are large, 7–12 cm in diameter, colored plum-purple with darker edges and lighter stripes in the center of the petals. The contrast is created by bright yellow stamens.

The plant belongs to the late-flowering group of clematis, with flowering occurring on current-year shoots. Low pruning is recommended in spring to a height of about 60 cm above the ground. The variety has high winter hardiness (zones 4–9).

The crop prefers fertile, well-drained, and moist soils. For successful growth, shading of the root zone is required. The variety is suitable for growing against walls, trellises, pergolas, and in containers.
