Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Cordyline australis and Cordyline banksii. The plant forms a cluster of long narrow leaves, which rise on a short stem with age, forming an appearance similar to a miniature palm. A key feature is the variegation with a combination of pink, brownish, purple, and green colors.

The mature plant reaches a height of 1.70 to 2 meters with a width of about 1.5 meters. It is characterized by a moderate growth rate. During the summer period, adult specimens produce large branched paniculate inflorescences with creamy-white flowers.

The variety is intended for ornamental use in gardens with mild climates or as a container plant. The plant is characterized by low winter hardiness and withstands temperatures of approximately -6.5°C...-7°C, therefore, in cold regions, keeping it in containers with frost protection during the winter period is required.
