The plant possesses an upright, often single-stemmed trunk that becomes tree-like over time. The height of mature specimens varies from 1.2 to 4 meters. The leaves are densely arranged, and a bright pink margin often runs along their edges.

During the spring-summer period, mature plants may form panicles with small fragrant cream-white flowers. The variety is moderately fast-growing and exhibits resistance to drought, salty sea winds, and Verticillium wilt.

The plant is suitable for use as an accent element, for creating hedges, or for cultivation in containers. The crop belongs to USDA hardiness zones 9–11 and requires shelter or cultivation in a protected location in cold regions.
