The variety is a perennial shrubby plant that forms an upright trunk over time. The narrow sword-shaped leaves have an arching shape and a dense leathery texture. The leaf color combines dark bronze-green or grey-green tones with a distinct pink stripe and margin.
The plant height is from 2 to 5 meters with a slow growth rate. At maturity, in late spring or summer, the cordyline may bloom, producing large paniculate inflorescences with small fragrant flowers of a white or cream-pink shade.
The plant is used as an ornamental architectural crop for gardens, terraces, and container cultivation. It is moderately winter hardy, withstands temperatures down to -5...-7°C, and in cold climates requires protection or moving indoors. The variety is drought tolerant and prefers well-drained soils.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
