The Polka variety is a compact plant with a height and width of about 90–120 cm. A characteristic feature of its appearance is narrow strap-shaped leaves, the color of which varies from pink, apricot, and brown tones to yellow-green.
The plant is intended for decorative use in container gardening or mass plantings. The variety is not frost-hardy and withstands temperature drops down to -4…-6°C, which is why it is grown as a houseplant or patio plant in regions with cold climates. It prefers bright locations or partial shade and moderate watering.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
