The plant has an architectural shape and forms a small trunk over time. Long strap-shaped leaves have a characteristic coloration with stripes along the center, and the underside of the leaf at the base is colored pink. Upon reaching maturity, the plant is capable of producing paniculate inflorescences with small fragrant flowers of a cream or white shade.

The variety is intended for container gardening and landscape design in regions with a mild climate. The plant is sensitive to low temperatures, withstands frosts down to -5°C...-8°C, and therefore requires shelter or indoor maintenance in cold zones. It prefers well-drained soils and does not tolerate excessive moisture.
