The variety is the result of natural cross-pollination between the Sicilian variety Napoletana and a local Campanian cultivar. The plant is characterized by high productivity and the ability to adapt to various soil types, and the variety can be used as a pollinator.
An important feature is the absence of suckers, which simplifies plantation maintenance. The variety is considered hardy and easy to manage. Fruit ripening occurs in early August.
The right is granted for a limited term: propagation of the variety requires a license from the rights holder.
