The tree or shrub has medium vigor and good productivity. The nuts ripen at the end of August, are medium-sized, round in shape, and have a hard light brown shell. The kernel yield is approximately 40–42%.
The variety is distinguished by stable yield and early flowering compared to a number of other Italian varieties. It is characterized by medium resistance to big bud mite infestation.
