Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant forms a compact shrub or small tree with a dense crown and acute-angled branches. The leaves are green, shiny, changing color to yellow in the autumn period.

The fruits are small or medium-sized, have a narrow-elliptic pointed shape and a reddish-brown shell of medium thickness. The kernel yield is 42–43%. Fruit ripening occurs at the end of August.

The variety is self-fertile, but cross-pollination increases yield. The plant possesses shade tolerance, wind resistance and is able to withstand frosts down to –30...–35°C, although the male catkins may be subject to freezing.
