Variety description

10 August 2026

The plant is a large deciduous shrub or small tree reaching a height of 4 to 8 meters, with a crown diameter of 2.5–4 meters. The nuts are large, brown in color, and ripen in autumn.

The variety prefers sunny or semi-shaded locations. It is relatively undemanding regarding soils, able to grow in clay, loamy, sandy soils, and on chalk, provided they are moist and well-drained. To ensure yield, the variety requires cross-pollination.
