The plant is characterized by bushy, broad, and upright growth, often forming multiple main shoots. An adult specimen reaches a height of 3–5 meters with a width of 1–2 meters. The evergreen needles have a characteristic blue-green color, and the variety branches well from the base.
The variety is intended for creating hedges, use as a solitaire plant, or as a decorative accent. The plant is winter-hardy, withstands temperatures down to -20 °C, and tolerates regular pruning well. In regions with heavy snowfall, the crown may be prone to breakage under the weight of snow.
