The tree is of medium growth intensity with a rounded crown and a tendency for branches to bend under the weight of the crop. The variety is characterized by late flowering and the ability to withstand frosts down to –28 °C. The variety is partially self-fertile; to improve yield quality, planting next to the Vranja variety is recommended.

Apple-shaped fruits weighing 300–600 g have light yellow smooth skin and firm, juicy, sweet-and-sour flesh, which retains a light color during heat treatment. The storage life of the fruits is from 1 to 3 months. The variety is suitable for making jams, jellies, and other types of processing.

The plant can be grown in containers as a patio crop. In commercial and amateur gardening, the variety is often grafted onto MA or BA-29 quince rootstocks.
