The tree is characterized by a spreading crown and reaches a height of 6–8 meters. The variety is self-fertile, which eliminates the need for planting additional pollinators to obtain a harvest.

The fruits have an elongated pear shape and a bright lemon-yellow skin at maturity. The flesh is dense, pale yellow in color, with pronounced acidity, making them unsuitable for fresh consumption.

Harvesting takes place in October. Due to their properties, the fruits are ideal for making jelly, jams, compotes, and quince paste, acquiring a characteristic pink color during heat treatment.
