The tree reaches a height of 3–5 meters and has a compact, broad or rounded crown. The variety is late-ripening, with harvesting taking place in October or November. Productivity is regular and high, even in young trees.

The fruits are large, apple-shaped or pear-shaped with yellow skin and tender, aromatic flesh. The tree is winter-hardy, withstanding frosts down to -20°C...-25°C, and possesses resistance to powdery mildew. Due to the characteristics of its crown, it may require staking.

The fruits are recommended for making jams, jellies, compotes, juices, and liqueurs. The plant possesses decorative properties due to its attractive foliage and white or white-pink flowers, and is used in landscape design as a specimen plant or for creating hedges.
