The plant belongs to the 'Romanesco' group and has medium vigor. The variety is early and intended for commercial production. On average, one primary head, three secondary heads, and five to six tertiary heads are formed per plant, with the development of additional small inflorescences.

Externally, the heads are characterized by a green color with purple shades. The flavor profile is described as pleasant, with the tannic note inherent to artichokes. The planting material is supplied as seedlings.
