The plant belongs to the remontant type, capable of repeat fruiting. The inflorescence heads are characterized by the presence of purple bracts.

The variety possesses increased productivity and early maturity compared to traditional local varieties. The chemical composition of the artichoke, including the content of inulin, ascorbic acid, and polyphenols, demonstrates sensitivity to the fertilization regime and soil type.

Used both in fresh form and in processing, including for the creation of fresh-cut category products. Cultivation techniques may include the use of gibberellic acid to control maturation timing.
