Variety description

The variety is early-maturing, with a ripening period of approximately 100 days from sowing. The plant forms 3–4 main inflorescences 10–13 cm in diameter, followed by the formation of 10 to 15 lateral inflorescences 5–8 cm in size. A distinctive feature of the bracts is the presence of a purple tint.

Studies note a relatively low polyphenol content compared to some other varieties, as well as specific indices of dry matter and mineral element concentration in the receptacle. The variety is intended for commercial cultivation in regions where the climate does not allow the crop to overwinter in open field.
