The variety is characterized by early spring regrowth and the formation of a dense, uniform turf. The leaves have a medium-light green shade; color retention during the winter period is weak.

The plant possesses a developed root system that allows for the effective use of moisture from deep soil layers, which ensures the maintenance of aesthetic quality during hot periods. The variety is resistant to Rhizoctonia and other turf diseases.

The variety is fast-growing and wear-resistant. It is used for the creation of sports grounds, including football pitches and golf courses, as well as for landscaping lawns and areas with intensive traffic.
