The variety belongs to the "soft-leaf" group, which improves palatability for animals due to reduced lignin content. The plant is characterized by late heading and slow stem formation, which contributes to maintaining high leafiness until mowing.
The variety possesses a deep root system, high winter hardiness, and drought tolerance. It is suitable for various soil types, including peat and dry sandy soils, and is also distinguished by increased resistance to rust. The variety is completely free of endophytes.
The main purpose of the variety is for use in high-yielding fodder grass mixtures for intensive livestock farming, including pasture use and hayfields. The produce is suitable for obtaining high-quality silage and haylage; the variety combines well with legumes.
