The variety is intended for creating load-resistant turf covers. Due to its well-developed root system, the plants demonstrate high heat and drought tolerance, maintaining decorative qualities under adverse climatic conditions.

The breeding of the variety is aimed at improving leaf texture, which is softer and narrower compared to wild forms. The variety also possesses increased stand density and resistance to a number of fungal diseases.
