The variety forms a medium-semi-dwarf stand with fine-textured leaves of a deep dark-green color. A feature of the plant is its ability to form rhizomes, which allows the turf to self-repair and cover damaged areas.
The plant is distinguished by rapid adaptation during sowing, good tolerance to regular mowing, and resistance to high temperatures due to a deep root system. The variety exhibits high resistance to brown patch and pink snow mold, as well as moderate resistance to trampling.
