The variety belongs to the Turf Type category, which makes it suitable for the establishment of golf courses, football and rugby pitches, as well as park areas. The plant can be used both in monoculture and as part of lawn mixtures with Poa pratensis, Lolium perenne, or Festuca rubra.

Externally, the variety is distinguished by a dwarf habit, dark green color, and intermediate leaf texture. The plant possesses a high ability to persist in the stand, demonstrates moderate cold hardiness, and requires a lower volume of irrigation and fertilizers compared to its analogs. The recommended mowing height is 4–6 cm.
