The variety forms a dense turf and is characterized by an aggressive tillering type, which ensures high resistance to trampling and rapid recovery. It is characterized by high drought tolerance, heat tolerance, and the ability to tolerate high humidity.

The plant possesses genetic resistance to red thread disease and brown rust. Thanks to endophytes, the variety exhibits increased resistance to damage by insect pests and nematodes.
