The variety is intended for use on sports fields, home lawns, and sod farms. The plant has an upright growth habit, narrow leaf texture, and is distinguished by a deep dark green color.

The variety exhibits high drought and shade tolerance, as well as improved resistance to leaf rust. It is characterized by early spring regrowth and the ability to retain its color for a long time in autumn. The dwarf characteristics of the variety reduce the need for frequent mowing.
