The plant possesses high winter hardiness, allowing its use in northern regions, and is characterized by resistance to drought conditions. Lodging resistance is medium, and the variety forms a dense sod.

Quality indicators include high dry matter digestibility and a protein content of 13–14%. The variety is suitable for regular mowing due to its ability for rapid regrowth.
