The variety forms a powerful root system, which provides resistance to trampling, drought tolerance, and good winter hardiness. The plant possesses a high capacity for regrowth after mowing.
The produce of the variety is characterized by high digestibility and an increased content of crude protein. The variety has a universal purpose: it is used for establishing forage lands, obtaining hay and silage, as well as for forming wear-resistant lawns, and strengthening slopes and embankments due to its dense turf.
