The variety belongs to the category of lawn grasses with a fine leaf texture and a compact growth habit, which reduces the volume of mown clippings. The plant possesses high drought tolerance and contains endophytes that increase overall stress resistance.

The variety exhibits increased resistance to brown leaf spot and septoria, as well as to damage by insect pests, including weevils. It is intended for use on sports facilities and residential lawns, and it combines well in grass mixtures with Kentucky bluegrass and perennial ryegrass.
