The variety has a low-growing habit and is distinguished by early spring regrowth, maintaining its color until late autumn. Due to its high resistance to trampling, the variety is suitable for use on sports fields, in park zones, and for sod production.

The genetic material of the variety has been widely used in breeding to develop new generations of Festuca arundinacea. In modern agronomic research, this variety often serves as a control standard when comparing the characteristics of new lawn grasses.
