The variety belongs to turf types and is intended for creating covers on residential areas, in parks, and at sports facilities, as well as for land reclamation and slope stabilization. The plant has a fine leaf texture and maintains a rich color throughout the season.

It possesses high resistance to mechanical stress, heat, and drought due to a deep root system. It exhibits marked resistance to Rhizoctonia. The recommended mowing height is from 3 to 8 cm.
