Raceway is a specialized turf-type variety of tall fescue. The plant belongs to the dwarf type and is characterized by a fine-leaf structure, as well as a high tillering capacity.

The variety possesses pronounced resistance to diseases, including brown rust, leaf spot, and Pythium blight. The plant tolerates heat and drought well, maintaining turf quality in various climatic conditions.
