The variety is intended for creating lawn covers. During tests, it showed high resistance to the effects of salts, including survival in conditions of increased NaCl concentration, which allows it to be used for landscaping road verges and other difficult sites.

Morphologically, the variety is a typical representative of Festuca arundinacea used in lawn mixtures. The literature mentions the Pure Gold GT modification related to developments in the field of herbicide resistance.
