The variety belongs to the category of grasses with SRP (Self-Repairing Property) technology, which means the presence of developed underground shoots (rhizomes). These organs provide the turf with the ability to self-repair after mechanical damage, which allows the grass to be used in areas with intensive use.

The plant has high resistance to drought, maintaining its green color during moisture deficiency. It is characterized by increased resistance to diseases, in particular to leaf rust, and often contains endophytes that provide natural protection against pests and pathogens.
