The variety has a dark green color and a finer leaf texture compared to older plant types, which ensures increased aesthetic appeal. The culture forms a dense turf and is able to maintain quality with moderate maintenance requirements.

The plant demonstrates high adaptability to conditions in both sunny and shaded areas. The variety shows resistance to such diseases as brown patch, gray leaf spot, net blotch, as well as stem and crown rust.
