The variety forms a dense, low-growing lawn with thin blue-green leaves. The plant has a bunch-type growth habit and forms turf. Under natural conditions, the height of fescues in this group is 8–30 cm.

The plant is used in seed mixtures for landscaping road verges, slopes, embankments, and dunes, and is also suitable for shaded areas. The variety is characterized by early regrowth in spring, moderate growth rate, good adaptation to saline soils, high winter hardiness, and drought tolerance.
