The variety «Minna» was obtained in Sweden as a result of breeding work with wild-growing samples. The variety is characterized by rapid spring development, increased yield, and good regrowth ability after mowing compared to the variety «Svalöfs Sena» under the conditions of southern Sweden.
The use of the variety is limited by insufficient winter hardiness in northern regions. Detailed agronomic indicators, such as plant height or disease resistance, are absent in open publications.
