The variety belongs to the subspecies Festuca rubra ssp. rubra and is intended for use in turf grass mixtures. It is used in mixtures for roadside areas, drought-tolerant lawns, and areas with an extensive type of use.

The plant possesses the property of low growth and a slow growth rate, which reduces the need for frequent mowing of the lawn. The variety acts as a component that increases the overall resistance of the grass stand to adverse climatic factors.
