The variety is intended for professional use in the creation of sports, ornamental, and universal lawns. Due to the presence of creeping rhizomes, the variety fills voids in the turf well, contributing to the formation of a dense and uniform cover.

The plant possesses resistance to major fungal pathogens, including rust. The variety is characterized by relatively slow growth in the first year after sowing, after which it forms a high-quality and aesthetic grass stand.
