The tree of this variety is characterized by vigorous growth. The plant is bifere, which provides two harvest periods per year. The first crop fruits ripen in late June — early July and reach a weight of 200 to 350 g. The second crop ripens in August — September, with fruits weighing about 70–80 g.
The fruits have a dark violet or purple-brown skin and a pink-red juicy flesh with a sweet taste. The variety is parthenocarpic and does not require pollination. The crop is characterized by good frost resistance, withstanding temperature drops down to -15...-20°C.
The variety is used both for fresh consumption and for various types of processing, including jam making and canning.
