The variety is distinguished by highly pronounced heterophylly and a high degree of leaf lobing, with an index of 0.60. The leaf blade has an average area of 189 cm² and consists of 3–7 segments. One of the distinctive features of the variety is the large angles between the main leaf veins, ranging from 29° to 60°.

Agronomically, Repenca is classified as an uniferous variety, producing one main crop per season. The variety is a local Slovenian ecotype, preserved as a valuable genetic resource. Data on fruit flavor, disease resistance, and detailed agrotechnical requirements are absent in published studies.
