The variety belongs to the unifera group, producing one autumn harvest. The fruits have a flattened shape, dense edible skin of a yellowish hue with a whitish bloom and purple stripes. The amber-colored pulp has a sweet flavor with berry notes.

The plant has high winter hardiness (up to zone 6b) and fruit resistance to cracking under high humidity. The variety is autochthonous and traditionally grown on the Balearic Islands.
