The Bela petrovka variety is considered to be of probable Italian origin and is known under a number of synonyms, including Škofioti, Ognifolio, Petrovka bijela, and Zuccherina. The plant is characterized by very vigorous growth and forms a rounded crown. The leaves are light green, distinctly lobed, with a cordate base and unevenly serrated margins.

This variety is bifere. The first crop ripens in late June–July over a short period of about 15 days; fruits from this period are large and of high quality. The second crop is less abundant, the fruits are smaller and sensitive to precipitation, which can cause them to be damaged by rain. The fruits belong to the light type, and their phenolic content is lower than that of dark varieties.
