Variety description

The plant belongs to the genus Geranium and is a low-growing perennial. The leaves are palmate-lobed with finely serrated margins; in spring their color is bronze-red, changing to dark green or bronze-brown by summer.
The flowers are small, cup-shaped, colored bright pink or purple-pink, complemented by a white eye and dark veins. The variety forms dense mats that maintain their shape throughout the season.
Flowering continues from late spring to autumn. The plant prefers sunny or semi-shaded areas with moderately moist, well-drained soil. The winter hardiness of the variety corresponds to zones Z5 and lower.
The variety is used in landscape design for decorating alpine slides, borders, rock gardens, and containers. In rare cases, rust or leaf spot infection is possible.
