Variety description

The variety is a hybrid of Geranium macrorrhizum and Geranium dalmaticum. The plant forms a dense, low bush about 20 cm tall. The leaves are deeply dissected, possess a spicy lime aroma, and often turn orange-red or bronze shades in the autumn period. Depending on the climate, the variety retains foliage decorativeness throughout the winter.
Flowering begins in May and continues throughout the summer season. The red buds open into bright pink flowers. The plant is characterized by low maintenance, resistance to pests, diseases, and lodging. Moderately drought-tolerant after rooting, adapted to hardiness zones 5a–9b.
Prefers well-drained soils and sunny areas; cultivation in partial shade is acceptable. Due to its compact habit, it is used for creating borders, carpet plantings, and placement in rock gardens, containers, and pots.
